"I really liked the location of this. The room was very clean. We had two rooms two balconies space’s bathroom. Washer and dryer was great in the closet. They had what was called an hairdresser which I thought was pretty convenient for my button up shirts I went downstairs, got a pan so that we can make food in the room. The location was pretty nice pretty close to the rail stations and also 3-5 walk to catch a limo bus to the Airport. The breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but the food was really good. They also have a great little convenience store literally right off of the lobby, which was great for late night snacks etc. and not having to go far. We highly recommend."

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."

"That was my another Toyoko stay. Compare to others that was not the best. Breakfast was OK but the room was not clean, hair was everywhere. Bed was comfortable, bigger then other hotels offered."
