“구석 구석 너무 아름다웠습니다. 놀라움의 연속이었고요. 지금까지 많은 호텔을 다녀봤지만 가장 아름다운 호텔이었다고 말할 수 있습니다. 300점에 달한다는 이케바나를 찾아보는 즐거움이 특히 컸습니다. 늘 후지산을 바라볼 수 있는 감동에 스탭분들도 매우 친절했습니다.
다만 호텔 안에 점심 식당이 없는 점은 좀 당혹스러웠습니다. ”
“It was very pleasant staying. Every single person of the facility was very nice and there was not any difficulty to communicate in English. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic, exceeding my expectations. Bathtub in the room was pretty spacious, probably enough for 2 persons. It was around 15 min from Hakoneyumoto station by walk but the path was quite tough to carry some luggages. It would be good to take a shuttle or a bus. ”

My only suggestion is that they might consider adding a fitness room. ”

We checked in at night, so we are tired from the trip. It would be better if the staff would not throw the check in job to the trainee who knows nothing like his first day. Due to this, made us tired even more to wait for him to finished checking in job around 30mins. If the permanent staff wants the trainee to work please guide him how to work not let him...
