"We stayed at TRS Yucatán for 9 nights for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. Our Ocean View Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, and the resort was beautiful.
One of the biggest perks was access to the entire Grand Palladium complex, giving us plenty of restaurants, pools, and activities. El Gaucho was our favorite restaurant, and Churchill’s was our favorite spot for drinks. Christian and Javier were fantastic mixologists!
The infinity pool was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. We also loved the spa, especially the included hydrotherapy and Zentropia massage.
The TRS Perk and butler service were excellent. Our butler handled reservations, responded quickly, and made our stay feel extra special. The service throughout the resort was definitely a highlight.
Breakfast and lunch at Helios became repetitive after several days, but having access to the other resorts made it easy to switch things up.
Our only major complaint was the sales presentation. We were told it would take about 40 minutes, but it lasted nearly two hours.
Overall, we absolutely recommend TRS Yucatán for a honeymoon. Great rooms, food, drinks, pools, spa, and especially service. We would happily return!"
