"Everything and Everyone was great. Angel at the front desk upgraded our room free of charge. The rooms are very modern and cleaned everyday. The AC is cold. Rafael and David are great concierges. They helped us every day with dinner reservations, Get a trolley for us to get around etc. The food at every buffet was fresh and the restaurants were amazing. The bars are everywhere. Cold beer or whatever you like. I prefer the mango daiquiris. They are delicious. All the pools were big and clean and refreshing. The Infinity pool at the TRS resort is a must see. The beach has a lot of rocks in the water so you need to walk a little bit to where it’s no rocks or coral. Bring water shoes. The entertainment was fun. It’s all on the app to see which of the 4 resorts to go to watch. The resort ever did some special things for us since our anniversary was on Valentine’s Day. I highly recommend this resort. My wife wants to go back again right now. "

"Form the moment we arrived we were greeted with chilled Champagne at the door at that moment I knew that we were in the right place, and I wasn’t disappointed everything in this resort was by far exceeded what I expected the cleanliness the attention given to every guest, the entertainment offered at the resort till the last day it never changed. It was a beautiful experience. It was my first time visiting Tulum and I was not disappointed at the very least."

"Everything was great. The room was modern, clean, spacious, bright and beautiful. Great view. Comfortable seating on the balcony. Service/hospitality was excellent. Food/drinks were great. We did the preferred room so we got brand name alcohol. The spa was wonderful. We did the hydrotherapy twice and spa treatments once. I got a facial/cranial sacral massage and my husband got a massage with three different modalities. We both loved our treatments. The property is well maintained and has a variety of restaurants. Its located inside a gated community so you can walk outside the resort and explore a little without a car. You can rent a golf cart if you want to. There is a nice public beach you can walk to. "

"The room was immaculate both morning and night. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were very appreciative of tips both big and small but never once asked or gave off the impression they expected it. Food quality was high in my humble opinion. At times could have use a little more spice but that just personal preference. Ample selection of food both native to Mexico and international flavours. We stayed in kantenah in a family select room. The family select amenities were fantastic and quality can only be fully understood with experiencing them. Would and will recommend to friends and family. Lastly, beaches and pools all in excellent condition with ample help from staff if required. Kids (5) and (7) had an amazing time as well. Absolutely excellent!!!"

"We stayed in the privileged suites. Rooms were very clean, buffet food was great, staff were all very friendly. Was a safe and inviting community. We will be back! Would recommend water shoes. There were lots of upsidedown jellyfish and other creatures if you were to go in the ocean. "
