"The staff is very friendly. We were disappointed that the floors in the halls were dirty and it had a stale smell. The walls were really thin and we could hear people in the hallway, talking outside (we were on the 3rd floor), the person next to us toilet flushing and water from the shower. The breakfast was okay."

"Our service was excellent. I not good with names but the man who signed us in was perfect. His smile and how he greeted the customers staying at the hotel was the best. It is so nice to see someone with smile and caring about their job. I would stay there ever time I go to Nashville. Nice to see such great kindness and great service. We were meeting my daughter and granddaughter there and we all had a great time."
