Upon check-in, we experienced a minor issue with our room not being ready on time. I requested to speak with the manager on duty, and Kevin, the hotel manager, was incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make it right by offering us a special dinner, which was a thoughtful gesture that truly made a difference.
Gabriel, our room concierge, was exceptional. He was attentive, helpful, and consistently went out of his way to ensure all our needs were met. He even planned a romantic dinner for us to celebrate our anniversary, which was a beautiful and memorable experience.
Lucia, the manager at Olio, was also fantastic. She ensured every detail of our dining experience was perfect. You can really tell that the staff here enjoy what they do and take pride in delivering outstanding service.
I also want to extend my thanks to Estela at the front desk and Jeremias at the Preferred Lobby Barโboth were friendly, professional, and added to the overall quality of our stay.
I highly recommend this resort. Itโs relaxing, luxurious, and the customer service is truly top notch. Looking forward to our next trip back.
