Ocean Blue & Sand Beach Resort - All Inclusive

"Most employees were nice some were not for some reason my room key got deactivated and the reception desk was far from my room. I suffer from asthma it was very hot so I told someone from the privilege little car to take me and he said no because I wasn't part of the club I said is an emergency he still said he couldn't take me . I had to walk all the way back to the reception desk and almost cought an asthma attack. I was very upset. Other than that the place was beautiful but the pools close early about 6pm so if you want a late night swim you can't."

"I keep coming back to this resort because it's consistently a great experience. The service, food, and overall atmosphere are excellent, which is why I always enjoy staying here. The only thing that's probably just not for me is the silent party where everyone wears headsets and dances and sings without any music playing. 😂 I know some people love it, but it definitely feels a little weird to watch! Other than that, I have no complaints and will definitely be back."

"The property itself is nice, not perfect aesthetically but given the environmental conditions it is located in nice. There is staff working every day to maintain it. All staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful to the extent they could be. The area it fell short for us was the Ala carte dinner restaurants. A couple of them we ate at were very good but others simply were less than we hoped for and expected."

"Gorgeous property and mostly wonderful staff. Personal concierge was extremely helpful and planned many birthday surprises for our trip. Unexpected and very disappointing downfall was that the beach is not useful. Full of seaweed. Balcony suite was HUGE and very well unkept. Cool air and beautiful accents took the spacious room over the top. Amazing view of the pool for our room as well!! Far from airport, but arranging transportation before hand - through trip advisor made to and from the airport a breeze!"
