"Who stayed in our junior suite pool view pull access suite it was kept very clean by the staff every day we paid extra for an elite upgrade, which was nice because we had all the drinks, guaranteed reservations at all the restaurants. We went on a few excursions as it was my first trip there my daughters have gone before I would truly like to go again"

"The only thing that kinda sucked was our toliet kept leaking since day one. We constantly called the front desk and they sent people out everyday but it would continue to leak/not flush. Refused to do any accommodations also. But besides the bathroom, we loved the staff! If you tip early on they will remember you and care for you better. Hotel was nice. Free stuff they had kayaking and paddle boarding , we did the spa which was sweet!"

"I bought a 5 day honeymoon for my son and his bride. They didnt want to trll me, but their room had MOLD all over the bathroom AND the bed skirt!!! I am so mad. The "resort" lost power 3 times, their tv would not hook up to wifi! This place is trash!!! Never again. RUN"

"While the property itself is absolutely beautiful, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. The grounds, pools, and overall aesthetic of the resort are truly stunning and well-maintained. It’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into creating a visually appealing environment. Unfortunately, our room had multiple problems that significantly impacted our stay. The most concerning was the door lock — it would not lock properly, meaning anyone could open it without a key. We had to wait over an hour for assistance, and even after someone came to “fix” it, the issue was not fully resolved as we still couldn’t lock the door from the inside. This raised serious safety concerns. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, and the back door would not close all the way, which added to the frustration. What stood out the most — and ultimately affected our experience the most — was the service and food. Compared to many other resorts we’ve stayed at, the level of hospitality here was extremely disappointing. Much of the staff seemed unwilling to take initiative, showed little effort to understand or resolve concerns, and overall came across as unfriendly — especially toward families with children. Traveling with kids, this made a noticeable difference in how comfortable and welcomed we felt."
