โCozy, German Gasthaus style, kind staff.
Nice pub and hotel, but a bit loud in the night of my stay.
Room clean, but relative small for the price.โ
โHad a great time here although it was for business trip. Rooms were cosy and warm which was good because it was really cold when we visited. Rita at reception was very friendly and helpful.โ
โGood place to stay if you go to London with car. Parking is free at night at the streets around no worries. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Standard staff services.โ
โThe pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. โ
โVery well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly.
The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.โ
โThe hotel is clean, neat, and very proper for $110~120 range hotel. I think no need to stay in downtown London which has a convenient transportation system. Pay the same price but enjoy much pleasant stay. For my stay, it was quiet, even though my room was on the street side. There are two subway stations in 7~8 min walk distance (both). I took buses more frequently as bus stops are right near the hotel (a lot of buses pass here towards downtown London, Westfield, and etc). Sainsbury, Five guys,...
โStaff were excellent and went above and beyond, super clean too! Perhaps could have been a bit more generous with the breakfast portions, but still super tasty!โ
