"We had a difficult start due to stained duvet cover, missing mug and half a toilet roll. Reported but 4 hours later not sorted. Eventually sorted at just before 10pm, by which time we'd also found a pair of jeans and underwear at other side of the bed! Items were removed by staff. The next morning spoke to manager who listened and was very apologetic for everything stating not the standard she would expect from the staff/hotel and immediately offered an uograded room. The rest of the stay was very nice. We had breakfast on one morning and it was really well cooked, nice and hot and good selection. The hotel itself is located in perfect position but just needs some TLC and a shame that housekeeping let things down. Overall due to how helpful the manager Kelly was, we would now return if visiting the area again."

"Had a nice room with a sea view plenty of space - shower hot and powerful - good to have an iron and iron board. Beds comfy with charging points. Only gripe is that there was a long mirror next to the wardrobe but no plug near it and a dresser with plug near it but no mirror not very helpful for female travellers"
