“I stayed in a family room with suite room (204). The lay out was fab as had a sectioned off area where the kids slept. The rooms were clean, modern with tv, fridge, kettle, hairdreyer, gorgeous bathroom. It had lovely windows over looking some of the park which my child loved. It’s situated 2 min walk from Park and Hex complex has shops and restaurants and a mini golf. I didn’t use it but there is a kitchen on the floor we stayed on with microwave, fridge and other amenities , fab idea. We...
“Modern renovation, while retaining some original features (e.g. flagstone floor in cafe area). Clean and comfortable. Everything was self service so no staff on site (a bit impersonal but not really an issue). Definitely a good option for fellow solo visitors to the area.”
“Very nice people here! It is an old guesthouse so the fact I was on the 3rd was ok, the stairs were solid but narrow so if I had more luggage than a small backpack it would have been hard. No issues with the other floors though. So to restate floor 3, room 10 quaint room for person with very little luggage. ”
“As a solo female traveller I feel safe staying at Leopold knowing they have a solo female policy ensuring you're never on the ground floor and other things as well. My stay was enjoyable as always. I did find it rather noisy but my stay was on a Friday night so to be expected. It's always refreshing when a hotel room has a fridge and though it had some free water both cans were sparkling. The rooms are spacious.”
