Brighton and Hove All inclusive Vacations

I love the convenience of the location and its spot on the banks of the Thames. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The staff working at the various restaurants and bars were some of the nicest and most fun people I met! The only issue was the contactless check-in I tried through the guest portal. It didn't seem to work properly and I had to check-in at the front desk in the end which was inconvenient. The other issue was room service. While the service itself was great, I got overcharged by over £20 when I settled up at checkout, which I couldn't deal with as I had to rush out to catch a flight. So the start and end of my stay was disappointing but the stay itself was great.

Nice stay, rooms are small but clean and AC worked well, Iron& Blow dryer in rooms...great breakfast buffet, helpful staff, but elevators are slow.

Great place and location. Would absolutely stay again.

A trendy hotel and wonderfully convenient to West End activities. Theatres and Covent Garden are just a block or two away. I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful staff, who were more than helpful when i had an emergency with broken wheelchair.
