"Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff."

"Staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and create a truely homely feel. The little welcome gift is lovely and the rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. Slightly dated bathrooms with fixed show heads and no walk in showers but they are clean and have all that is required. Bar and restaurant is very good with great staff and food is good quality. Limited to do nearby but a large car park and quiet. Could do with a swimming pool and leisure facilities to cope with local competition. Staff make this stay and allow you to forgive the modernisation of rooms"

The lady at the reception was very kind to me and helped me when there was an issue with the booking as Expedia had not sent the booking through properly and she still managed to find me a room. Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again ❤️"
