โGreat new property in the Gulch. Walkable to shopping, dining, bars. Room was amazing! High-tech lighting throughout. Cool furniture in the room- not your typical hotel room chair etcโฆ. The staff went above and beyond.

โLove the friendliness of all staff. From the valet employees and front desk. Our check in and check out was easy. The pool was also a great add on to our stay as last year we did not have the chance to stop by! Room service was ok for the most part. We did not get the mini-bar Icelandic water/beer stocked but itโs ok. Overall, our stay was worth the price. Canโt wait to stay here again. โ

โWe love the Tempo for concerts at the Pinnacle!! They need to hire more valet staff though, the poor guys and gals working the valet are slammed and need help during the peek hours. โ

โWe went to Nashville for a concert and we stayed a few extra days to relax. Fitness center was amazing. Pool was great, but needed a bit of treatment. The water was a bit cloudy. When so many people use the pool, it needs daily treatment, but the rooftop pool vibes and service was exceptional. Bedroom was awesome and updated and the bed wasโฆwow. It was very comfortable. โThe apartment was so nice and spacious. My only 2 complaints is about the check in procedure. It would've been easier to understand if it had just stated use the parking garage elevators up to your floor. The whole note about using the walkway with the glass door was hard to find.
My last complaint is that the curtains really weren't big enough to cover the whole witdows and it was very bright in our rooms at night from outside lighting. they need the pull down shades that block all the...

โHotel is clean, everything is good. The staff working at the breakfast area were working very hard, to out away out trays, to clean the table, every where, to refill the coffee, non-stop, to make the whole breakfast very comfortable. Parking is okay, need to pay. On the arrival late at night, planning to go out to eat and it rained, we stayed in the restaurant inside the hotel, the portion is huge and tastes good. Overall, a good stay experience. Thank you very much. โ
