"Room was clean- a bit dated but very clean. Property could use some maintenance but it was minor. I highly recommend this resort if travelling with children. They do have to do something to get the situation with Chair reserving under control. People would reserve every chair and then have no one there for hours(sometimes over 5 hours) Others could be using these but they have no system to monitor it. This definately impacted our enjoyment some days "

"Resort is trying to squeeze money out of you any way they can. We had to cancel massage appointment at the spa, since one of us got burned in the sun, and could not make it to the appointment due to pain. Hotel still charged full fee. We tried to talk to supervisors about it, spent hours of valuable vacation time discussing it asking for a refund. Unfortunately, nothing helped. They did try to negotiate to lower the payment amount for the massage that was not performed. But in the end still charged the full amount. We wasted hours of precious vacation time trying to talk to the staff. Seems like one person doesn't know what the other one is doing- disorganized in this sense."

"This was truly the BEST experience ever. My friends and I consistently shared our happiness in picking this resort. The food was SO good, even with a picky eater, we all found food at every place we enjoyed. Asian restaurant stole our heart, and that poolside taco, omg. But genuinely, no bad place. Estabhan, Pedro, Christian, and Chocolate were the best. They made our experience! They are so engaging, positive, silly, and just fun! Yoga with Ivan is a must, never felt such inspiration to be my authentic best self. Bartender Ricardo and Server Luis are also awesome people. The staff was amazing. The activities were so fun(Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Silent Disco, Magic, Olympic games... the list keeps going). I celebrated my birthday there and could not have been happier. I would say it is a family-friendly resort where college students can still enjoy themselves, and it is a community!! You get to know those around you, and it makes it even more a welcoming homelike feeling. Never felt unsafe there as well, which I appreciate!"
