“직원분들도 친절하고 시설도 대체적으로 만족스러웠다. 다만 해변과는 거리가 있어 다소 불편하다 느낄 수 있다. 하지만 리조트에서 자체적으로 무료 셔틀을 운영하고 있으며, 차가 있다면 별로 문제 될 것이 없다. 다시 기회가 된다면 또 가고 싶은 곳이다.”

“Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. (Wir konnten bei der Reinigung auch eine andere Suite einsehen.) Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen.”

“I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.”

“No staff at all to help with check in. No heat in the rooms and it’s freezing. Half the power was out in the room. No maintenance personnel to deal with power being out. Online checking took way longer than it should because their system kept failing. Pretty disappointing. This place has the potential to be really good if it was managed properly. Disappointed. ”

“Nice Location, amazing staff, didn’t try the food, pool and gym were standard. Rooms were slightly dated but when it’s 20°+ all day who wants to sit inside?”

“Although the hotel itself is quite nice, the service lacks a lot. The front desk managers except one person were rude and careless. This hotel really needs to educate its managers. Also Wifi in the rooms did not work althogh I moved to another room for this reason.”

“Ett charmigt och mycket speciellt hotell. Man ska vara natur- och friluftsintresserad för att uppskatta det till fullo. Det ligger mitt i "ingenstans" med vandringsleder utanför dörren. Mycket rustika rum, men fullt bekvämt - men det kan vara kallt med otät dörr. Å andra sidan härligt att kunna elda i kaminen på kvällen, det blev varmt och charmigt. Gaskamin finns också. Trevlig restaurang med enkel men god mat. Frukosten utmärkt. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam men de flesta talar bara spanska.”

“To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom. As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....
