“We loved Atlantis and definitely plan to be back again! There is so much to do that a week was not enough. Some of the staff could definitely benefit from customer service training, as some were very rude. I would say 95% of the staff was friendly, when you pay as much as you do for this resort you expect ALL staff to be friendly. But this was not bad enough to keep us from going again. The waterpark was so much fun, the rooms were very clean, and the marine life was gorgeous everywhere you...

“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”
