“Wonderful stay!! This hotel is very nice but what sets them apart the most is the service. Every staff member was attentive and kind. They made me feel very taken care of. We especially loved the snacks and turndown service. Service at the pool was incredible! Thanks for a great birthday weekend. ”

“Our room was the first room where Adult Club only access started, and family access ended. The noise level was very loud from the family pool, and the ground level room and patio had NO VIEW other than shrubbery and other people walking by our patio area and looking/ listening as they walked by. ”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“We absolutely loved staying at Seven Stars. We want to go back again next year. The hotel is beautiful. It was very peaceful. The staff were so nice. The food at all of their restaurants were the delicious as well as the drinks. Highly recommend! ”

“We had a week long stay at the Palms and were extremely happy with everything from the property to the service. The rooms were very nice and spacious and allowed us to feel like we were living in a house. The pool area was larger enough to enjoy even when crowded and the views from the rooms and the pools were amazing. “The only thing I did not like is how the handled the blackout we had they would not even give us batteries for the flashlight that was in the room you couldn’t talk to anyone or move us to another hotel they were not accommodating about the whole situation and the manager was no where to be found but thank god the lights came back on 2 hours later ”
