“Very poor service and in dis-repair! No hot water in shower in our room and shower head sprayed everywhere when turned on. Could not take a shower. No coffee service in room. When i went down to the front desk at 6 am to tell them about the shower and to ask them about lack of coffee service in the the room, they said it is not provided but we could request coffee service and it would be brought to the room. The night desk personnel there at the time were unsympathetic and unapologetic. No...

“We enjoyed our stay and would return again. Staff provided excellent service and the hotel is walkable to great downtown restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.”

“Don't do the hot tub room. There are 2 different rooms. One is great, larger room w/ a couch. The other is super small and the hot tub needs to be decommissioned absolutely disgusting. Same price! The staff was amazing and breakfast was good. Switched me rooms the next night with a large tub and a tiny shower. No balcony. But still charged me the same insane amount for the hot tub room.... Super disappointing considering this was a #staycation that I saved up for and thought I knew what I was...
