East Side, New York hotel rooms at the Starwood Capital

"Clean and comfortable"

"We were greeting promptly every time we entered the lobby. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that checked us in, but he was helpful and very pleasant. The 2 gentlemen the next morning, Elias and Manny were fantastic. They directed us to a lovely breakfast and were very accommodating with our checkout, managing our luggage and appropriate transportation. The rooms are a nice size and on the large size for NYC at this price point. They were clean and the bedding quite comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the pillows. Thank you for a great stay on NYC!"

"It was a great place to stay. I would recommend it for people who mostly want to do stuff outside of their hotel room since the room was so small. But the location was great, the building is beautiful, and I was comfortable in my single queen bed room. The cafe downstairs serves good food, too. Just be warned that, at least in my room, there were no drawers to store clothing, though there was a closet and a few hangers."
