“Cozy house with traditional style, mixed with nature! One thing is that the beach/ocean is not as good as Cancun. To be more exact, way far behind. But one of the right places to extend to Tulum and Coba ruins as well as nearby amazing cenotes. ”

“Everything was super clean and the amenities were great! The garden view room had a peek of the ocean behind the woods so that was also special. The staff doesn’t speak perfect english but are always very willing to help and were very nice!!”

“전체적으로 방이 예쁘고, 바다는 잘 안보여요(보이긴함). rooftop에서 일하는 직원 Rodimiro가 굉장히 친절하고, 그가 추천해준 cristallino cenote는 정말 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절하구요. 해변은 떠밀려온 해초때문에 수영은 어려웠습니다.”

“허니문으로 다녀왔어요...가는 동안엔 잘못선택했나 겁도 많이 나고 했습니다. 리조트초입입구도 좁고 허름해 ... 큰일났다 싶었지요 근데,,,반전..........리조트안쪽엔 자연친화적인 풍경과 안락함..... 그리고 정말 친절했던 오스카....지금도 잊지않고 가는호텔마다 비교합니다. ㅋㅋ 서비스도 좋았고 리조트안에도 럭셔리하구,,, 리조트앞쪽 바다풍경은 정말 그림입니다. 보고있어도 이게 그림인지 실제인지 헷갈릴정도지요 아무튼 너무 좋았습니다.”

“Leider war Schlaf kaum möglich, da die ganze Nacht Bauarbeiten (laute Schleifarbeiten) am Nachbargebäude stattgefunden haben. Weiter ist das Wasser in der Dusche salzig und nicht warm. Wir sind daher einen Tag vorher angereist. Das Personal war wiederum sehr nett ”

“Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.”

“I get sick first night eating fish; I went to tell them( they don’t care and want me to pay 200.00 for dr visit /I never get out since first day @ when I check in I was not sick until I ate the first food there! !!!!!!!”

“리노베이션되어서 그런지 객실도 깔끔하고 직원들도 정말 친절해서 좋은 시간 보내고 왔습니다~ 무엇보다 객실키를 가지고 다니지않아도 손목에 찬 팔찌로 출입할수 있어서 좋았습니다~ 레스토랑도 전부 맛있고 고급스러웠습니다 다만 아쉬운점은 튜브와 구명조끼를 직접 준비해야합니다.”

“지금 생각하면 끔찍한 경험이었습니다. 함께 갔던 친구들도 설사를 하였습니다. 비 위생적 음식으로 심한 설사를 만났고 밤 12시 부터 혈압이 급상승 하여 긴급히 의사를 찾았으나 오지 않았으며 응급 약도 비치되지 않았다. 제발 이 호텔은 오지 않기를 바랍니다. 체크인은 2시간 이상 지체되었다. 방 키 박스가 고장이 나서 7명이 수리를 하여서 겨우 고쳤다. 고장이 나도 미안하다는 말도 없어요 All inclusivo hotel 이지만 냉장고에 물 한병도 없었습니다. 사람의 목숨이 위태한 상황에서 책임만 안지려고 하면서 의사가 끝까지 오지 않아 취소하고 호텔을 나왔지만 환불이 되지 않고 있다.”
