"We had a wonderful family holiday here in July. We lucked out and had great, hot weather with sunny skies! There were so many amenities on site that our family of four had a blast for the whole week. We did take an excursion to Isla Mujeres for a day to get to swim in crystal clear ocean water. We didn’t know that the ocean was not swimmable due to algae at this time of year. But we went kayaking in the ocean and enjoyed the on site cenote which was so beautiful and refreshing. We had a great Expedia rep who checked in with us as well and enabled us to enjoy a meal at the highly sought after Japanese restaurant - the place was otherwise fully booked! She also surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries in our room on our final day. So sweet and special!"

"Only downside was the food, it was horrible tbh best thing was the salad & hibachi. Also, the website was weird to make reservations for restaurants & you could only make one reservation every 7 days… but staff was really welcoming & the resort was really nice like a mini town, you dont have to leave."

"We really enjoyed the resort. This resort is not your typical place. Since it is an eco resort the whole place is even more enjoyable. The wildlife and monkeys were a favorite for sure. Getting the adult only section was a great choice. Although, we enjoyed it so much we want to bring the kids next time."
