"The rooms were very clean, the linens were nice, but the beds were not comfortable, it was like you were sleeping on the floor. The mine bar in the rooms The hotel amenities were less than impressive, the bars weren’t open until 11am, so even if you just wanted a plain soda, ice tea or water, it was simply not an option. The mini bar in the rooms were bare minimum. "

"The room was beautiful and spacious. Hot tub only had Luke warm water coming out. Large tub in first floor bathroom was a bit dirty. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"This place really was pleasant. A little more quiet than I expected, but still was a good time. Buffet staff were the best and so attentive, but we do wish there were more things to do at the resort other than drink, play pool and whatever few activities were available during the day. I’d say a 7.5/10, and I wouldn’t mind returning. "

"I stayed at the El Beso and they really took care of us. We got a room upgrade, tshirts, and free champagne. They noticed my suitcase was broken and offered to give me a new one for free. I went very taken care of and able to relax. Property is huge and beautiful. There was a tram to take you around which was nice. Only thing is they have a few kinks to sort out. We waited over an hour and a half for the Mexican restaurant when we could see parties leaving and tables not being bussed and resat. Waited almost 2 hours to make an in person reservation at the hibachi restaurant. Only about 20 people were ahead of us in line so not sure why it took that long. Other than logistical stuff like that, this place was absolutely amazing, I would definitely return"
