"Unassuming hotel that exceeded expectations! Very helpful staff, modern rooms, comfortable beds, lovely grounds. All at a reasonable price. We had only 1 night here, but I would definitely stay again. For context, we are a family of 4. I was a bit worried about the double beds, but it worked out fine, especially because they were so comfortable."

"Very nice staff and beautiful views. However as of August a lot of activities such as the waterslide, boat ride, and breakfast restaurant was closed. Some of the restaurants also opened late."

"Centrally located. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Pool and lagoon clean and comfortable.Restaurant food very good. Bar good and friendly. Good for female travelers. Hotel under renovation but did not inconvenience us at all. Family owned. Highly recommend"

"Clean comfortable room. It was cooler than I thought it was going to be so I didn’t have any problems. Just keep in mind they don’t have air-conditioning floor fans and ceiling fans. Wasn’t a bad place to stay for the price."

"The staff, food and view were incredible. The room could be cleaner we were upgraded to a suite for an extra cost and the sink knobs were rusted, the tub was growing mold in small areas and glass doors and closer mirror doors were not clean. We stayed for 5 nights and used the dining table often it was never cleaned the entire time we were there. We also encounter large cockroaches at the gift shop and near the room. Made staff aware right before checking out and their response was thank you we will pass it on to management,"

"It would be nice to have a microwave oven in the room. That's the only additional amenities. Mahalo nui loa for such a wonderful place and hospitality. Staff showed the typical aloha spirit. I would recommend this place. Mahalo nui loa."
