"The room was clean and beautiful; however the air conditioning was not working properly. Maintenance came to fix it twice and stated it was fixed but it was not. They even offered to come in again during my last night but I declined because I didn’t want my day to be interrupted again and it seems as though the fixes were not working at all. The temperature in the room was tolerable during the night, so I wasn’t uncomfortably hot. I would recommend and even stay at this hotel again if I ever revisited Kona."

"Breakfast package was the worst, the resort was very nice. Some rooms was renovated and some was outdated, the food on the resort is high and limited. There is no night life on the big island and the food is not all that. We came, we saw and we checked it off our bucket list. The views was very nice"
