“Beautiful hotel. The pool on the 8th has a sensational view. Beautiful plats, great beds and super modern, clean. Only downside for me was service. No service at all but the pool and almost made to feel like you were being troublesome to order a drink. Bar Staff / waiters on 8th floor were pretty nonchalant to be polite. On checking out you are also charged “mandatory tips” when you have to order everything yourself, walk up / down and sometimes told - “we can’t serve you, we’re preparing for...

“The hotel was truly amazing. The location was perfect right in the middle of old town next to restaurants and a 5 min walk from the river front. The patio area was nestled in the middle of the hotel and felt like a breath of fresh air. The service was great they were extremely attentive. I also sprained my ankle and asked for some ice they had someone bring it in mins in a sealed bag so I can ice my ankle truly great hotel”

“Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but...

“Positives - Our room was on the 6th floor which has an amazing view out to the Atlantic! - The bed was comfortable - The air con was good. - Shower was good. - Enjoyed our time at the lower level sea water pool and great to have sea access. - Nice bar staff at the lower level pool. “The hotel is amazing, its slightly dated however it has excellent facilities, fantastic enormous range at buffet breakfast. 4 pools, sauna steam, jacuzzi ocean views. Resturants, bars, pub. Rooms are really spacious and very comfy beds. Its the kind of place you could just stay at if you dont want to venture out.”

“It was a wonderful stay, in the center of the city, walking distance to all the important places in front of the marina, It was quiet and the staff was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone”
