We booked a Double Plus room and were a bit taken aback about how tiny it was. Really minimum space. We wondered how much smaller would be a regular double? (I had already read that there were no windows). Also another disappointment was 2 usb charging ports did not work. Plus the aircon control panel did not respond when I tried to warm up the room a little, and in fact, the front panel fell off, so slept in my jacket! Staff were friendly at reception.
