“The resort itself is a 4/5, the food is not bad and the buffet has many options and good for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, the staff are so rude and pushy. We were physically harassed by “animacion” staff to participate in games we didn’t want to. and by physical i mean grabbed and pulled and shushed and tried to force into participating after multiple times saying we’re not interested and no thank you. We also had such a difficult time with the app. we could not set it up or get ahold of...

“The grounds are pretty but this hotel is dated. The AC didn't work at all, only one outlet in the room worked and the food wasn't good. Also they should have golf carts or something to transport ppl from one end to the other. It's soo big and I have a bad knee so maneuvering the property was difficult”

“I enjoyed my stay. I try not to let anything ruin it. I also am very appreciative of all the staff. They were very attentive and lovely. The property is beautiful and spacious. There were just a few areas of improvement. The room was lovely but definitely needs detailing. Lots of uncleaned surfaces such as under the faucet handles, under shampoo bottles, shower wasn’t very clean. Ants pouring into the room by the sofa and a drain fly infestation. I killed about 4-5 a day just in the bathroom....
