โThe Holiday Inn had a wonderful free breakfast. The other place had breakfast you had to pay for. I liked the Holiday Inn lot better but both were nice.โ
โLoved the employees. They were all so friendly. Furniture needs refreshed in the king suite. The kitchen was amazing. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Outside sitting areas were nice and so was the pool. Located right by cracker barrel and opryland hotel. โ
โClose to the Opry House is aGreat positive.
Transportation to and from Opry House is needed or if available should be advertised. Having to walk at night , even the relatively short distance from Opry House is Not good and takes away from the convenience.โ
โThis hotel was fine and very quiet for sleeping. A little outdated, the tv stand on a very low table but worked, the small fridge didnโt stay very cool without hitting the cool 2-hr button, but it worked enough since we only kept a few drinks in it. The small coffee pot would heat the water but would never drip even in the pod tray or potโฆwe did notify the front desk. The water pressure in the bathroom was great and clean. Was close to the Opry Mills for shopping. The pool was nice and cool,...
โManagement and staff were friendly and courteous, the room was clean and well equipped (I was so relieved to see an iron and ironing board!) and the breakfast offered protein and carb options so, that plus a good cup of coffee, got me off to a great start. โ
