โCustomer Service is 10 X above 5 stars. The front desk service went above and beyond the call of duty. Ms. Brenda and Gerilyn are amazing employees. Every Country Inn & Suites would be fortunate to have these 2 on staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. We have spent the next 3 nights of our trip at CI&S because of the wonderful service we received in Nashville.โ
โStaff was fantastic! Breakfast was great! The pool water was cold in September. Overall great stay. The room fridge has a 4 hour timer-not functional when you count having to start it up, get it cooled down then it kicks off again. They need to take them out of the rooms entirely or take the timer feature off the unit.โ
โRooms were very affordable for the location and very nice and updated. We didn't care for the pool being right next to a bar , suggestion would be build a wall for some privacy. Served free breakfast from 6am-9pm and I am not an egg person but have to say their scrambled eggs were the best I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again if or when back in Nashville โ
โStill my favorite place to stay when travelling to/from Florida. Excellent proximity to highway! Was hoping for a 1st floor room. Not available for this trip. โ
โIt was a great place to stay. it was quiet, the pool was great for the kids for a great time after being at the soccer fields all day in the heat. The only thing I was disappointed in was the food but that is at all hotels. The food has no taste especially the eggs! When you pay the extra money to be with your soccer team at the same hotel and to have a good hot breakfast before the games the next day it should be edible! โ
