Everything is walking distance from this place. Also the property offers ocean access and bicycle rental if available. The best way to see to Tulum is on cycles. The rooms are spacious and the showers were amazing. Great customer service by the front desk staff. I plan to return to this property."

"Casa Don Diego is a wonderful place to stay in now-overgrown Tulum. It is easy walking distance from the main strip and lots of restaurants and shops. Yet it is far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. The pool and grounds are lovely. The breakfast each morning is fresh and delicious. Stay at this well-run, comfortable hotel."

"The service was great - the folks who work there were nothing but nice and helpful. However, the room we booked was bare bones, the towels were clean but permanently stained, the shower and bathroom had someone else's stray hairs, and you could hear basically everything happening on the floor. Ultimately, I felt our room was super over priced for what we got ($100 US all in) but it was a Saturday night in Tulum and we booked the same day. If it was $45 instead $85 I wouldn't complain.
