“Great experience at the Palladium resort and spa. Very impressed with the Butler team Ana, Katherine and Daniel. They were extremely efficient and kind and took care of all reservations, secured shuttle service and answers all my questions. I love how we stayed on touch via the whats app, brilliant idea. Spa experience was also fantastic, Carmen is an expert in her field and Grecia at the bront desk was very attentive. I enjoyed the Brazilian restaurant too. Food was yummy and again the staff...

“Room itself was beautiful, wish they would clean the private pool things floating in water,due to seaweed beach was covered in it and hotel does not clean the beach. Staff was accommodating for the most part but nothing was open after 11pm which is a bit of an inconvenience.”

“The hotel is currently under construction, and there was no prior notice or announcement about it. Due to the construction, many shortcuts were blocked, and there was a shortage of golf carts, so we had to walk to use hotel facilities such as the pool. And when we arrived, all the dinner restaurant reservations were fully booked, so we had to eat at the buffet for all four days. But the beach is beautiful and has the advantage of being eco-friendly. ”
