โOne of the nicest places weโve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didnโt book directly. When we went to our room it didnโt have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset. โSeen a lot of mixed reviews so here is another to add. This is an older facility but what a location. The bar downstairs is full of excitement, band outside at the tiki, easy access parking garage and friendly staff. There is carpet in the halways and since this is on the beach it is what is expected. The rool didnt have carpet so that was great. Me and wife will be back, loved it seem to cater more to our age and not the 21 yr olds!โ
โParking was a hassle- had to go across the street to park my car to their garage. Would have been better if it was attached to the bldg. elevators were not working properly and taking us to the wrong floor even if we pushed the correct button. Food at the restaurant for dinner was mid and overpriced. Breakfast was amazing though so that was well worth the money! Staff was amazing. Beds were alright. Tub was a little stained and not white. โa nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying.
To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all.
No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...
โThey are remodeling the whole thing so I am sure it will be nice when they get it finished, the beds were comfortable just not the size we needed. It was in a great location and the staff was wonderful ! We would stay here again.โ
