โI thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were so friendly and kind. As a solo traveler they looked out for me. The room was spacious and great Bay view. I would definitely come back. โ
โI was initially unsure about the hotel location (in front of the marina, with a casino adjacent to it) based on pictures alone. However, I must say that the hotel was great, location was excellent, it has an amazing rooftop bar and houses one of the best restaurant in the entire island. Truly great. โ

โI stayed here for one night with my family after our flight was cancelled leaving out of Ponta Delgada. It was a last minute choice and this property was beautiful. I believe itโs new , everything was spotless, food at the restaurant was delicious, would definitely stay again. โ

โThe only issue was with the lack of a wake up call on my first day when I had a morning tour planned. Neither of the two I requested went through. However, I am in a Portuguese speaking country and was not equipped to request a wake-up call in that language.
