“Everything was perfect!! Would come back again”

“사람들은 친절했고 시설도 깨끗하고 너무 좋았습니다 다만 몇몇 서비스가 서툰 직원들이 있었고 해변 모래 관리가 잘 되어 있지 않았습니다 그리고 이탈리안레스토랑과 아시안레스토랑은 좀 더 메뉴 개발이 필요합니다”

“Loved the hotel and staff”

“The property was very clean and well maintained. Food & service was good just monotonous but for sure wasn’t going to go hungry. Things that we didn’t get involved in was the swim up bar it was always crowded and way too loud for us old people. We’re not 25 anymore so we did enjoy the beach area and the quieter pools. If you come to party I say this is where you should go. Next time we’ll be staying at another resort just because we’re not looking to party.”

“The communication with staff is horrible if you book through Expedia. I put a deposit down with Expedia. The hotel allowed me to pay the remaining balance of the reservation at the hotel. They wouldn’t allow me into the room until I got an email from Expedia stating that I paid the deposit and also a invoice. The hotel still didn’t believe that I paid the deposit even with everything Expedia sent them. They also wanted bank statements after Expedia sent them everything. I had to pay and extra...

“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. Despite our late arrival and early departure the next morning, we couldn't fully enjoy the pool and...

“Good place to stay”

“Clean room and beach. Spacious balcony with beautiful views. Amazing staff and great nightly entertainment”

“We booked here not realizing it was a Disney style resort, it’s massive! We stayed one night, room was clean, beds comfortable. Beach was nice but crowded but no beach towels were available for quite some time. Well, there were beach towels but we couldn’t access those because of the ‘bracelet’. Check in… unfortunately we arrived just after a group of about 30 people. I have never seen such a long line to check in at a hotel. We were coming from another hotel so this property was a bit of a rude...

“The place was fine. Nothing special. Had restaurants and things to do. But everytime we ordered something from the menu, they would tell us it was extra fee. Same with bowling and other amenities. This is not what all inclusive should mean. The entertainment was fine. The MJ review was very good but otherwise I was bored being there. Food was fine. I would not go again.”

“Everything was wonderful. Honestly, I did not want to leave the resort. I can hardly wait until our next vacation there.”

“Definitely a lot to do and see. Plan to stay at least three nights so you can see and do it all. I was particularly upset I didn't know the hotel had dolphins till I was leaving 😂. But yes, that was very unique to me. Jevoni on entertainment was extremely welcoming. Appreciate that energy.”

“I had a great time!…I loved everything!”

“Property needs some renovation,”
