"Stayed only for 1 night. Comfortable beds even though room not spacious which is a norm in Japan. Fantastic location near the Sapporo JR station and Seico Mart just across the street. Breakfast is also adequate. Great price which made the stay extremely value for money."
"Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast is golden with many good food options. Location is close to JR Otaru station and the tourist attractions, very walkable to most places everyone visits in Otaru. "
"This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just can’t get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. We’ve now stayed here twice, and will return again."
