"For a first time traveling with an autistic adult son I’d landed in an enchanted castle, full of beautiful things, wonderful services, friendly staff, a cozy bar with complimentary daily drinks and a small kitchen that treated us as royals like Beauty and the Beast that we had come to be their guests, this place could be romantic for couples and in our case of family vacation, it was perfect. I felt like I was at home, safe, convenient , within walking distance to all the restaurants in Bellavista. Around the corner is the home of the famous poet, Pablo Neruda, and then from there is the path to the Funicular that takes you up to San Cristobal Hill. The zoo is right next door, but it was closed on Monday our last day so we end up going to Costanera shopping center with the sky observatory that. The front desk staff helped me if I had any questions about my itinerary and made good suggestions to enhance my experience and safety. They even held our luggage for us and allowed us to use the common area like the computer and the tea and coffee area on second floor to refresh before heading to the airport late in the evening. Upon my late arrival, I was happily surprised with a pre-upgrade. The bed was so soft. I felt like I wasn’t even in a foreign country. There was a lady from Australia, who said that she was here 12 years ago and she came back because this place is such a special place for is beauty, convenience for the friendliness. Come and be enchanted!"

"Very helpful staff. They allow us to early check in after a redeye flight. It was so needful on that moment. Breakfast options also very good. Ellaborate buffet with plenty options even a sandwitch maker which I never got in any hotel before. Providencia is very peaceful place and with good neighbourhood and very near to the tallest building. My kids love when a robo came to deliver our towel in room."

"Front reception staff are rude and arrogant on booking in, don't expect a warm welcome from reception. The room we booked (1208) was comfortable with a lot of power outlets for charging in the bed head. The view from the room is great. The room is dimly lit with a funny design of the toilet and sink on one side of the room and the shower on the other side of the room. There is a large window in the shower without a blind or cover, so there is no privacy. The roof top bar is awesome with great staff, fantastic and good value menu and great views, worth your time to visit and enjoy. Was a real joy especially after the dealing with the awful staff at the front desk. The breakfast was great with a good selection and lovely staff. There is free coffee in the lobby which was great. The location is good, with easy access to cafes and restaurants as well as some tourist attractions. Unfortunately the hotel is not great in returning messages quickly when you send them on Expedia messenger. We also had to ask for our 20% off food and beverage offer as part of the Expedia booking as the reception staff did not offer this at the time of arrival at the hotel, and they said it was for food only when we asked for the voucher."
