Dewi , Putri and all the staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their genuine care and hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The dining options were also impressive, with delicious food and a great variety to suit all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Watermark Hotel & Spa Bali to anyone visiting Bali. "Nice pool with a ocean veiw on the 4th floor. Nice breakfast with plenty of variety. Actually control planes was straight forward and easy to use. The staff was very kind and helpful. Checked in at 3am and was fine(did give notice about this before hand) Nice shuttle to the airport smooth and quick. Lots of family's not the quietest place but ive been to many louder places for sure. Solo traveler good sized room"

"The room was clean and huge with a spa in the bathroom. No Netflix access on TV though. Wifi great. Service around the pool could be improved to save having to go up to the bar to order every time. Pool great. Nice Balinese feel to the hotel."
