"Beautiful hotel, very helpful staff."

"Lovely stay, staff friendly and very helpful, we had an issue with our room quickly and smoothly room changed, New room clean and lovely only thing is room very hot fan supplied however cable so sort it wouldn’t reach anywhere near the beds and with the limited plugs. But this would not us staying in the future. Good choice of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water in the room. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best, the sausages appeared proper butchers nice ones, mushrooms lovely, even fried bread, fruit yogurt, pastry’s all lovely. Pool was lovely and wonderful addition to our stay, the only issue I have is I wished we stayed longer Thank you "

"It's an old building with character. The staff are very helpful and one is always met with a smile. Rooms are very clean with comfy beds. I stayed here in march and enjoyed my stay so came back to stay again. "

"Love that it is family friendly. Got a cot bed for my baby. Breakfast buffet was very good. But it looks like some staff came in to collect all our unopened tea and coffees when we were having breakfast. I don't understand why that is. "
