“The resort is BEAUTIFUL/HUGE! It’s directly across the street from the beach, easy access from resort(walking or going to the front lobby and requesting a ride).”

“For the money they charge to stay this hotel it needs an update badly. The building itself is old and the rooms were old and dated. The ice machine and water machine on my floor didn’t work. They charge a ridiculous amount and resort fees. Bar staff was not friendly at all. The actual building on the outside. Looks weathered. Beach is tiny. This will be my last time staying there.”

“We had an amazing stay at the resort. We were especially impressed by the Private Island — the flamingos and the beach were all outstanding. The boat ride to the island was a lot of fun as well. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to downtown, the port, and many great restaurants. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!”

“Staff were amazing! Pools are lovely. But rooms are dated and windows overlooking the sea had so many salt spots it was hard to enjoy the view, just fyi. The couch in my room was horribly stained and there were bits of trash under edges of furniture when I checked in. Not a huge deal, just notable.”

“I'll start off by saying that we would stay here again. The staff was the best! Very hospitable, friendly and helpful. We sat by the pool but didn't use it. The hotel is literally across the street from the beach, so didn't have a need to go to the pool. The hotel is in such a great location--can't beat it. Our view was just beautiful! Restaurants are close--we walked to every restaurant we went to. Downtown shopping is 10 minutes away. With all that said, the hotel is a bit outdated as...

“Everyone was wonderful I stayed in building 7 was horrible beside the building was a night club every night between 9 and 3 am the music shook the building made it impossible to sleep very disturbing for that reason I would never go back to that resort”
