"Loved this hotel. Quaint and charming. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Modern bathroom with all necessities. Enjoyed a nice little balcony overlooking the courtyard. The staff was extremely helpful providing us with directions and recommendations for dining. The location was excellent. Close to St Marks square but far enough away to not be in the most congested areas. Will stay there again if we ever go back to Venice"

"The location of the property was perfect. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants and approximately 7 minutes to Rialto bridge. The view from our room was beautiful day and night with several canal bridges lit up. Staff were wonderful and always tried their best to help out. This is Venice, so expect the buildings and rooms to be a bit dated. For us, it only added to the charm. Wonderful stay!"

"An elegant venetian building, basic amenities but what was expected with a 3-star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, air conditioning kept the room cool, and the bed was confortable. I had an issue with my booking regarding breakfast which I thought was included. It was quickly resolved with the hotel, but ending up costing me more. I think there was an error made here by Expedia, but I doubt I'll be able to get any compensation. I paid the extra as I didn't want it to spoil my holiday experience, and the breakfasts were varied and set me up nicely for the day."

"Location of property is excellent. Close (5 min walk with heavy luggage) from/to San Marco/San Zaccaria stop on Ali Laguna Blue Line from Airport. Satisfying breakfast (e.g. croissants, hard boiled eggs, cookies, juices, coffee, yogurt). Room available at the time of booking was small (double bed), but was able to work around that with the large luggage used. Helpful staff. A strip of restaurants exists behind the hotel. As is the case for most restaurants in the area, menus are similar and pricey for tourists, but especially for Canadian Travellers due to the very poor $CAD/Euro exchange rate."
