"This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The location is great, right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore everything. The decor is unique and charming, and the rooms are super comfortable. The customer service is amazing. Federico at the reception is the best! super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I really recommend this hotel for everything: great hotel, great breakfast, great attention, and a fantastic location. If I come to Venice again, I will definitely stay here again."

PALAZZO MALIPIERO TREVISAN - LE TRE DIMORE D'EPOCA

"We stayed Sept. 14-16, 2026; Had a great time! Great weather, great people, amazing sights! We had the Jr. suite room at the top of the palace (7 flight of steps, pack light, theres no elevator). Located in a comfy spot where the daily rate wont kill you; The plaza of San Marco and south coast of the Grand Canal are near-by. The Venetian host was a little nervous attending to foreigners, which was unsettling at first, but she was super humble and did try her best to communicate. They provide 3 keys. 1 key for entry to the hotel (locks automatically upon closing), 1 key for entry to the room chambers, and finally 1 old school toy key for your actual room. The palace was built in the 1400s, the hallways have uneven floors, and motion activated lights that sometimes dont detect well. You just might end up in the dark, in a creepy palace hoping you have the right key for the next door. The room itself hosts a low ceiling, a small table for two and a modest queen size bed with a tv, closet space for two, a/c and a marble tiled bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and sink. All in all, the pictures were a little misguiding. The view they present is the lobby, which looks out to the plaza next to a church, and a couple of black lion statues. I probably would not have stayed in this hotel had I known otherwise, but glad I did. It made for a great adventure and some wonderful memories for our honeymoon."

"Our late afternoon arrival coincided with a severe rainstorm. The 12 minute walk from the San Marco Zaccaria waterbus stop was a port in the storm. After checking in we were informed we would be staying in a room at the hotel annex building another 3 min walk around the corner. Provided with umbrellas we were guided to our spacious room by a porter. Breakfasts were delicious, and the room housekeeping was excellent. Air conditioning operation on the hot and humid days were not clear. Hotel staff set the machine for our comfort level and we were eventually satisfied. Hangers in the closet (of room 611) were mounted on a rod making them much too high for my wife, at 5'0" (1.52 m), to be able to reach. The location of the hotel and annex were convenient for our daily explorations. We did take advantage of the rooftop patio to enjoy some wine, and the staff attended to us with a cocktail mix from the bar, though we waited for over ten minutes, calling down to the front desk, concerned that we weren't going to be served. The front door access with a unique code was convenient at the annex. The large heavy steel Key tag was cumbersome to carry, as the alternative would have been to leave it and retreive it whenever we came and went at the hotel desk a few hundred paces away. We genuinely enjoyed the ambiance, the well intentioned helpful staff, and would stay again, but expectedly would prefer to be in the primary hotel building."
