"We were upgraded to a master marquee suite as a returning guest at a discounted rate, and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. We stay for a week in June"
"The hotel was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and very conveniently located.
We registered early (around noon) and were told that we would get a text once the room was ready but this never happened. I checked a second time with reception at 2:30 and the room was actually ready. Everything else was great."
"Loved this location very close to everything especially the Lincoln Centre. Our room was so tiny that l couldn’t stand behind the sink to do my hair or makeup. That was very annoying. The room was clean but again small with not much clothes space. The furniture should go into the trash. The bed was comfortable. I really liked it he lobby-very posh and the jazz music playing was great."
