“Where do I start...Room #212 smells HORRIBLE! I complained to the manager on duty and she stated there wasn't a smell but she would have some type of spray that would help, never helped! Our friends said that it smelled like it was behind the walls, ironically the Damp commercial came on every other commercial! “I didn’t like how I was charged without being notified 2 days later for make up on towels. My breakfast was incorrect most of the stay. Overall I would’ve returned but I didn’t appreciate being charged $30 for towels that could/should be washed. And if I didn’t check my account I wouldn’t have been notified”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sunshine suites. All of the staff were helpful in answering questions and given recommendations on where to go, calling for a cab or any other needs. I also appreciated that we had full access to the amenities at the Westin Hotel right across the street that definitely helped to make our stay more enjoyable and affordable.”

“The room mini fridge was not cold enough. The bread was not fresh. We can not stay at the pool after 7. The life jackets are disgusting. Catamaran are in poor condition. To get to eat in a restaurant you have to reserve and for 3 days we ate at the buffet because the reservations we have were too late at night 10:30 The shows at the theater were excellent”
