“I stayed at serenade in the swim up unit and can I just say wow, from when we arrived we were treated like royalty, the service making notice of Chayrell and Argapito was so great oh my God. During the trip I lost my camera in an uber and Chayrell took it upon herself to make sure I got it back which was above and beyond, the bars were beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing and the food was chefs kiss, all I can say is Serenade is heaven on earth and I cried when I had to leave”

“We had an amazing stay at the resort. We were especially impressed by the Private Island — the flamingos and the beach were all outstanding. The boat ride to the island was a lot of fun as well. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to downtown, the port, and many great restaurants. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!”

“Well FIRST CHECK IN WAS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD…STAFF WAS NOT READY FOR AMOUNT OF PPL. “Overall our stay was great at Ocean Coral Springs. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the dining situation. All the restaurants are only open a few hours, which to me doesn’t make sense for being an all inclusive resort. We got back to our resort around 4:30pm after being in an excursion all day and there was no where open to get food. It was super frustrating. The food was also okay, not super overwhelming”

“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. “First and foremost the resort was beautiful, but the experience was tainted by the lack of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Also the food at the buffet was not good at all, besides the jerk chicken and salad that is served @ “the reef”. The drinks also were lack luster. “Sadly overrated. Too many glitches with room that could have easily been resolved if someone cared. The property seems to be more interested to cater to incoming cruise ship guests than those paying full price. Dining establishments grossly expensive for subpar food with staff more interested in additional tips on top of the already mandatory included tips, rather than service. Would not return.”
