There's beautiful seating area and they can smoke there too . I don't smoke , so I hated that if I've knew this I've would have went to another resort . The stuff is very friendly and helpful . I've also love that no one can come in this resort ( annoying people trying to sell you stuff , excursions etc ) that was amazing , also they've have a train...

I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. "
