“This is our second time at the resort an the food didn't disappoint, I can't say the same for the entertainment tho, we were there on the third week of April and there wasn't a lot of activities like morning and afternoon VB, and the entertainment team started late, like 11'sh and disappered after an hour then retuned at 4 'sh. One critical concern is the condition of the pool tiles. A lot of them are popping out or have come off, creating a rough surface that could be dangerou and cause cuts. ...

“I did not like the bathroom, i think it needs an upgrade, i hated the shower. The room was nice tho and the resort was beautiful just a bit too quiet.”

“This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too.”

“Beautiful spot and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Very clean and nice assortment of activities but not a big party science which is what we liked! Could find quiet spots away from the pool with swim up bar. Special shoutout to Christian and Jacob at the front desk and Cesar the bell hop and Camille at the pool. ”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“Mini bar was stocked every morning with my choice of items. Staff was always nice, though a little slow at times. Heavy-handed at the bar on breakfast at the buffet was always hot and delicious!”
