“It was really good. The beach was nice and clean, lots of people trying to sell things, but not really the fault of the resort. Pools were awesome, lots of space, multiple pool bars, drinks were strong, staff was helpful. Snack bar fully stocked during the day. Multiple restaurants with lots of variety. The steakhouse and the asian food restaurant were especially good - you will not go hungry! Busy but since the resort was so large, it didn't feel crowded.”

“My room looked as if it was built in the 1800’s as the fixtures were rusty, the water barely came out of the shower, my beverages were not stocked, the food at the restaurants was terrible, it was my birthday and it was horrid. No good vegetarian selections for food. Sports bar food had bugs flying all Over it so did the buffet so I barely ate.”

“Only two minor complaints. Towels are not available for pick up or drop off at the beach access point. After returning from the beach and rinsing off the sand, there’s nowhere to leave you towels. Not enough trash bins to toss used cups.”

Loved the food and accommodations. They went on three excursions; sunset cruise, volcano hike and jungle adventure. Loved all three. The resort quiet, peaceful and relaxing.”

“Our stay at Azura Beach Resort was overall just okay. The absolute highlight of the resort was the staff. In particular, Alonzo was hands-down the best server I have ever had. I found myself specifically returning to the restaurant hoping he would be there because he was attentive, responsive, offered great recommendations, kept our drinks coming, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and cared for in a foreign country. “Not worth the money. The pool and gardens are beautiful, and the breakfast was decent, but unfortunately the positives ended there. Our room was dated and had a persistent odor that felt like a mix of humidity and mold.
