"Had an exellent time at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was so polite at all times. Angel and Aciel took very good care of us during our stay. I loved how close this hotel is from quinta avenida, and how celebrated my husband felt during our stay. The only down side of this was that I requested a taxi to go back to the Cancun airport. Unfortunately, I was dropped off at the wrong terminal, which put us in a stressful situation. Then, had to pay $1,000 pesos for a taxi at the airport to take us to the correct terminal. Other than that, the trip was amazing! "

"Overall vacation was good. We love this particular resort for so many reasons! Grounds are beautiful and have so many hidden areas to explore! 98% of stuff was great!!! Food and drinks never disappoint. The beach is getting much much better after years of sea weed problem. They for sure can improve check in experience for their guests by not keeping people standing in line for a long time. One more time - great place for entire family to enjoy nature and services! "Stayed for 7 nights, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Away from downtown but we had a car rented, so that was a bonus because it was very quiet. There is a public beach a 15-20 minute walk away, 7-11 next door, a lovely cafe in the same building, and just accross the street a couple restaurants we ate at when we didn't plan ahead with very affordable pizza. Will likely return because it suited our family's needs perfectly!"
