"Convenient location for our last two nights in Japan was our requirement, and Henn na Hotel was perfect for that. On a direct line from Tokyo station and steps away from the monorail to the airport. Walking distance to Hama-Rikyu Onshi-teien and Kyu-Shibarikyu Onshi-teien gardens, Tokyo Tower, shopping, and dining. Small but clean and efficient rooms. To cap it off, it is the famous and quintessentially Japanese robot hotel with animatronic reception desk."

"The apartment was amazing. We were very pleasantly surprised when we opened the door.
I travel a lot and this is one of the coolest apartments I have ever stayed in. Great decor and well set out for a family or a couple.
The location is great. Close to some very nice restaurants and a couple of minutes walk to the train station.

"The hotel was in a nice quiet little area, more of a business area than a touristy area, and that was perfect after touring all the busy places around Tokyo. Close walking distance to the metro stations and lots of little shops to eat at as well as convenience stores. The hotel amenities were great. The staff were great. The breakfast was OK."

"There are sanitary issues. I heard and saw rats. There were bunch of trash bags by an entrance. A bathroom had very strong smells. I had to leave there in the second day. The owner didn’t reply and fix problems. "
