“Room was dated and there was construction the floor above us. This was only learned when we got to hotel after booking nonrefundable on line. This should be posted on Expedia at time of booking.”

“We were in town for a concert so the Location was perfect. Room was good with nice temperature control and comfy bed. Carpet was old and stained but I believe everything is in the process of being replace. Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was a nice extra included in the price. The surrounding area isn’t great. Lots of people doing drugs or passed out but honestly they weren’t looking to bother anyone.”

“Perfectly located for events at Canada Life centre. Lovely Covant market right across the street”

“Breakfast was great! Will be staying again when we’re in town.”

“Got one queen bed when I thought I booked 2 queens. Room is super hot and bed feels very soft and uncomfortable”

“I booked a two bedroom suite with a roll in shower so that neither of us would have to lift our legs over a tub seeing as we have had our knees replaced and it's a dangerous thing to do. I was told by staff that two bedroom suites don't have walk-in showers and they also don't have a whirlpool which was also mentioned. I almost fell three times slipping out of the tub while trying to get out I had to grab the grab bar to get out. The pool was not open it was under repair for pump problems and...
