"Great hotel !! Staff was very professional and hospitality was at their best They clean room everyday, replenish all that you used. Location wise it’s awesome, It’s very close to the station Iidabashi and suidobashi - hence you have options of taking multiple lines. We used the metro everyday. There is a family mart grocery store right infront of the hotel, makes it even more easy. Onsite restaurant offers buffet, and it’s about 7K yen per adult for dinner, mostly seafood. "

"If they can provide daily refills of coffee and tea will be great. Elevator from ground to lobby has no air conditioning."

"The one thing that i noticed was that the carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. It don't go with the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel"

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."

"Very convenient drop off from airport limousine bus right at the door. It is quite close to the subway station. It is quite a walk from the main tourist area if you want to be very close to the shopping area. It is on the more quiet side of Shinjuku. There is a lot of good restaurant nearby. The hotel itself is clean and staff are very nice. Room is super small but expected in Tokyo area."

"It is good for solo traveller."

"We got a three person room and the beds were large enough for everyone. As you can expect for most hotels in Japan there was not a ton of extra space sound the beds but we could make it work. Location was fantastic - close to main train station and lots of food options. Breakfast buffet was also excellent! "
