“Small hotel, well kitted out rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Sea view rooms have great views of the sea and the pier. Short walk to the beach or the shopping areas and The Lanes. Have stayed there many times and never disappointed. Only thing to be aware of is”

“Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice...

“Very helpful staff, easy check in and good access to the town.”

“We were disturbed most of the night by the background humming of other guests' bathroom fans and gurgling of water coming into our basin. We would like to have had help with the lack of reception on the TV but unfortunately did not receive any reply to our request. Room okay with some nice furnishings.”

“Accceas to the property was via a door code which was supplied on the day at check in time which wasn’t till 3. Whilst the room was clean and had been renovated relatively recently it hadn’t been done to a good standard and needs repainting and the bathroom redoing to bring it up to a good standard. The room had French doors which opened up onto a flat roof which couldnt be used as a balcony and the Juliet balcony guard was laid on the flat roof. View out the window was horrid and over looked....

“nauseating smell when windows were opened but couldn’t shut up windows because the room was constantly hot, im tall and i had to bend down in the shower🙁”
