โWe had been traveling for 13 hours and just needed to get inside and rest. The lobby and adjacent lounge area were very busy. The gentleman behind the counter was courteous, kind, and sweet to my dog. He made the check in process as quick as possible for us while juggling other tasks and requests from other guests.โ
โIt was perfect for our one night stay. We were there for a concert. Main bed was very comfortable . Place was clean. Didnโt use kitchen/other amenities. About a 2 mile walk from Huntington Bank Field for reference.

โWe were in Cleveland attending an event at Huntington Bank Field and chose this hotel because of how close it was to the event. We were not disappointed! It took us less than 10 minutes to drive down there. The area is beautiful, just across from the lake. We were able to walk to the beach and there were many shops nearby. Lakewood is absolutely beautiful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all so friendly. Parking was super easy and we had no issues at all. Good job...

Payment system is THE problem. It made a payment twice everyday automatically and hotel staff has nothing to fix during the weekend. "
